Heroine Priya Mani, who is involved in a strong lip-lock scene with hero Sumanth in the movie ‘Raaj’, has justified the scene saying she had acted in it as per the demand of the script. The hot scene, in which Sumanth and Priya Mani are entangled in a provoking kiss, has become a hot topic for discussion.

“I am an actress, I have to act as per the script and more over it is not a vulgar scene. After all what is wrong in it?” she answered when asked to justify the scene.

Taking objections to the criticism of the scene by media and critics, Priya Mani said actors and actresses have to justify the story and script by agreeing to act in tune with the situation. “I have to do justice to my profession,” she said unhesitatingly.

Priya Mani is now busy with the shooting of her movies ‘Kshetram’ starring Jagapathi Babu in the male lead role and Telugu-Tamil remake version of Bollywood blockbuster ‘Fashion’. She has also agreed to do a movie in Kannada opposite Sudeep.
