26-year-old Tollywood actor RaNa, who has turned multilingual with his debut in the Rohan Sippy-directed Bollywood thriller ‘Dum Maro Dum’, denied all the rumours about her romance with sultry actress Bipasha Basu.
Speaking to media persons in Delhi Friday evening, RaNa said that he and Bipasha had a beautiful love story on screen for the film ‘Dum Maro Dum’ and they are just good friends off the screen .
RaNa was in New Delhi to promote his film in which he plays the role of a Goan musician named Joki. He plays opposite Bipasha and both of them are involved in some intimate scenes with each other as well.
RaNa, clearing the air of rumours about his relationship with Bipasha, has said that he came to know of Bipasha on the first day shooting only. “I felt proud I had worked with seniors like Abhishek and Bipasha,” he said.
RaNa, the actor of just one film ‘Leader’ in Telugu, said it was pleasant surprise for him to have bagged one of two leading male roles in the Hindi film being scheduled for release on April 22.
