Ram In Race Gurram Sequel?:- Stylish Star Allu Arjun's Race Gurram is one of the biggest hits in the actor's career along with Tollywood. Surendar Reddy directed this mass entertainer and Shruti Haasan is the leading lady. Surendar Reddy along with Vakkantham Vamsi penned the script of Race Gurram sequel and is ready with the script. He even met Allu Arjun and narrated the script. But Allu Arjun is quite busy with a bunch of projects. Surendar Reddy came to the conclusion that it is not possible to work with Allu Arjun anytime soon. He narrated the script to Energetic Star Ram and got his nod. Ram suggested minor changes and Surendar Reddy is making changes to the script considering Ram in mind. Race Gurram sequel will happen with Ram and the project will start rolling early next year. The pre-production work of the film is currently on. Rajeev Reddy and Surendar Reddy will jointly produce this mass entertainer. Surendar Reddy made sure that the sequel too is loaded with enough dose of entertainment. Ram recently completed the shoot of RED and is on a break.

The study was published in the ERJ Open Research and it reveals about the risk of asthma among teenagers. This study explains the importance of sleeping on time for teenagers. The study was conducted among 1684 students in West Bengal who are aged between 13 and 14 years. All these students took part in the study of Prevalence and Risk Factors of Asthma and Allergy-Related Diseases among Adolescents (PERFORMANCE). Every student was asked about asthma, wheezing and symptoms of allergy. A series of questions have been asked to judge their sleep habits, their times of wake up, how tired they are in the morning. According to the sleep preferences, the research revealed that those who sleep late are prone to asthma and other respiratory problems. The chance of asthma in these youngsters is three times higher than the regular youth.

Several doctors say that they have seen their patients complaining of disturbed sleep after undergoing a bypass surgery. Hady Atef of Cairo University, Egypt says morning walk is the best therapy for the heart. "When the disturbed sleep continues for over six months, it exacerbates the heart condition. The patient's health will be put at risk and they may have to undergo one more heart surgery. It is very important to find ways to have a sound sleep and protect your heart" said Hady Atef. The study had 80 patients aged between 45 and 65 years who had sleep disorders. These disorders started six weeks after they underwent bypass surgeries. They have been randomly allocated exercise groups: Aerobic or a combination of aerobic and resistance. All these patients were asked to do the sessions during the mornings for almost ten weeks. All the participants also walked on the treadmill for almost 45 minutes. After ten weeks, there have been changes in their sleep when compared to the past. Aerobic exercise is suggested for all the heart patients said the doctors. It is just a physical activity that does not need a high level of exertion. Doctors say it can be walking, swimming or cycling and it should be done for 45 minutes every day.

One Dead In AP Minister's Car Accident On ORR, Hyderabad:- Andhra Pradesh Minister for Energy, Forest, Environment, Science & Technology Balineni Srinivas Reddy's escort vehicle lost its control and overturned on Nehru Outer Ring Road, Hyderabad today and the incident took place at Abdullapurmet which is located at the outskirts of Hyderabad today. The incident took place after the vehicle's tyre burst out suddenly. A head constable who was in the escort vehicle suffered severe injuries and died on the spot. The driver and other two constables suffered injuries and they are admitted to the hospital. The rear tyre on the left burst suddenly after which the vehicle overturned on the outer ring road. A case has been registered and the investigation is currently on. Minister Balineni Srinivas Reddy was in one more vehicle and is extremely safe. Balineni Srinivas Reddy rushed back after the mishap and overlooked the rescue operations. He visited the injured constables in the hospital and paid his condolences for the deceased Papa Rao's body. Telangana Government Releases The Proposed Design Of The New Secretariat:- The High Court of Telangana already granted permission for the demolition of the old Secretariat. Soon after the permission is granted, the government started the process of demolition today. JCBs are brought in to demolish the structures. The roads leading to the old secretariat are diverted and some of the roads are closed. The cops are deployed in huge numbers and the public is not allowed to enter into the premises. Telangana Chief Secretary, DGP and other officials are personally monitoring the demolition work. A bunch of PILs are filed in the High Court but the decision came in favor of the Telangana government. Telangana Chief Minister's office today released the elevation design of the new Secretariat which is proposed to be constructed soon. The design may be improved said the Chief Minister's office. The estimated budget of the new Secretariat is said to be Rs 400 crores and the new complex would come up with state-of-the-art connectivity with all the new features and would be constructed in six floors. The opposition parties of Telangana protested against the government's decision. Some of the leaders made a statement that the Chief Minister is focused on the new Secretariat rather than on the rising number of coronavirus cases in the state.
