Warne warns Indian bowling attack, Punters rate India on top

Australia's spin legend Shane Warne has said that Australia's batsmen will exploit a weak Indian bowling attack in the four-Test series starting in Melbourne on Boxing Day. Warne said injuries to frontline pacers Zaheer Khan and Ishant Sharma will doom India.

`They have got some wonderful batting and all that sort of stuff but I think their bowling is a bit weak,’ the Herald Sun quoted Warne, as saying. Warne also added, `England just beat them four-nil.’

Meanwhile punters think otherwise, they do not see the Aussie’s current cricket team as the favorites to beat India in the forthcoming four-Test series. The Sydney Morning Herald quoted Munsie, as saying that this is the first time it has occurred since his agency opened for business, and 80 percent of bets taken so far had been on an Indian series win. The punter’s first instinct is that India, which has a batting line-up that far outstrips the fragile Aussies, should be a raging favorite.
