IPL 2020: Three Super Overs On Sunday:- IPL 2020 is turning out to be the best season to date with some thrilling matches. It was a Super Sunday for cricket fans as it witnessed three super overs in a day which is a history in cricket. Kolkata Knight Riders fought with Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first match and the second match took place between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab. Both the matches went for a tie and headed for super overs. October 18th would be remembered for three super overs. Sunrisers Hyderabad needed 18 runs in the last over to chase the target of 164 against Kolkata Knight Riders. Sunrisers got 17 in the over and the matched headed for a tie.

Kolkata Knight Riders needed just three runs in the super over and they completed it comfortably. On the other side, Kings XI Punjab went on to chase 177 and they fell one run short. Punjab skipper KL Rahul scored 77 out of 51 balls. The first super over too ended up as a tie between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab. In the second super over, Kings XI Punjab scored 15 runs. Chasing 16 runs, Mumbai Indians managed to get 11 runs for the loss of a wicket. Kings XI Punjab ended up victorious in the match. KL Rahul was named as the man of the match for his outstanding knock of 77. Lockie Ferguson is the Player of the Match for Kolkata Knight Riders.

Delhi Capitals, Mumbai Indias, Royal Challengers Banglore and Kolkata Knight Riders are on the top four positions of the points table. 36 out of the 56 league matches are completed till yesterday.
