Virat Kohli to rescue his fan, arrested in Pakistan?

After India won over Australia, a hardcore fan of Virat Kohli, hoisted India flag in Pakistan, which made the Pakistan officials angry and arrest him.

In the recently held T20 match in Adelaide, Australia, India had a good victory. Upon knowing this, the over excited fan of Kohli, named Umar Draz, has hoisted the flag on his house-roof in Okara city in Pakistan.

Regarding this, Virat Kohli is expected to come forward and engage in the discussions with Pakistan government, to relieve his fan.

Kohli's brother, Vikas, has agreed to seek his brother's views on convincing the government to exonerate the Pakistani fan.

“Yes, we have heard about this incident and feel sorry for the fan,” said Vikas."I shall certainly seek Virat's views after the match on Friday. We will also consult the right people and decide whether to approach the Pakistan government,” he said.

In the second T20 match held yesterday, Kohli was named Man of the Match for his unbeaten 59.

"We are in a family function today and can't think of the right people to be identified for this appeal at this moment, but will surely speak to Virat,” Vikas added.

Draz was arrested on January 26th, when India had defeated the Australian team in the T20 opener, where Kohli scored an unbeaten 90. January 26th, being the republic day of India, hoisting the flag on the same day in Pakistan, acted as an extra fuel, to the fire of Pakistan government.

Police raided Draz's home and found posters of the cricketer. Being a very sensitive issue, the report was not extensively covered by the Pakistan media.
