Psychosocial stress is a risk to the heart in women:- Psychosocial stress is indeed a huge threat for human beings. Psychosocial stress will put women at a higher risk to develop coronary heart disease as per a recent study. Drexel University's Dornsife School of Public Health researchers conducted the survey and it is published in the Journal of the American Heart Association. They are associated with a 21 percent higher risk of developing coronary heart diseases. Several women are under Psychosocial stress due to various reasons like divorce, spouse's death, physical or verbal abuse and social strain. Women are at a 12 percent higher risk of coronary heart disease. The study collected the samples of 80,825 postmenopausal women from the Women's Health Initiative Observational Study and they tracked the women from 1991 to 2015. They found better methods to prevent cancer and heart diseases. The researchers evaluated the impact of the psychosocial stress from various events. Close to 5 percent of the women delivered coronary heart diseases and there is no age limit or time. The strain at work is not independently associated with the coronary heart disease. A study also said that the leading cause off death is due to coronary heart disease and this is because the arteries turn narrow and cannot bring sufficient blood to the heart.

2765 new coronavirus cases reported in Andhra Pradesh:- The new cases of coronavirus are slowly increasing in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. After falling to less than 100 cases per day, the new tally of coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh now reached 2765 today. A total number of 31,892 samples are tested in the state in the last 24 hours and the total tally of cases in the state reached 9,15,702. The total number of recoveries in Andhra Pradesh reached 8,92,001 and the death tally stands at 7279. There are 16,422 active cases in the state and the government of Andhra Pradesh is taking all the measures to curb the spread of the virus in the state. The spread is huge and the daily tally touched 1.35 lakhs today. Maharashtra happens to be the most impacted state of the country and things are beyond the control as the daily tally of cases are increasing at a rapid pace. The state's Health Minister Rajesh Tope told that Maharashtra would be heading for a lockdown soon if the situation will not improve. The Chief Minister conducted a high level review meeting recently and decided to impose lockdown on the weekends across the state. The government is clear that if a lockdown is imposed, it would be quite difficult for the economy to recover. But if the situations will not improve, Maharashtra will head for a lockdown. "It is essential to break the chain and improve the situations. If not, Maharashtra will head for a lockdown for sure. Maharashtra reported 56,286 new cases of coronavirus cases yesterday. If the situations are not improved, Maharashtra will have to head for a lockdown" told Rajesh Tope. 376 people passed away in a single day yesterday in the state. There are 5,21,317 active cases for coronavirus in the state now. The Health experts warn that the number of active coronavirus cases will touch 1.1 million mark by the end of this month. The state is running short of vaccines and the government urged the Centre to provide more number of vaccine doses so that things would be under control. The total number of people who took up coronavirus vaccination in the country are at 9,43,34,262. We have to tighten it for 2-3 weeks which would be quite crucial for the country. Test, Track, Treat is the technique that should be implemented completely" told Narendra Modi. "There is no chance of lockdown in the country again. We forgot testing and moved on to vaccination process. We have to remember that we won the battle without any vaccination last year. This time, we have to battle again. Increase the number of tests and the vaccinations all over. There is no scope to impose lockdown again" told Modi. States like Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat, Punjab, Tamil Nadu are in danger zone as the new cases have increased badly in the last two weeks. The daily tally of coronavirus cases reached 1.25 lakh mark today which is the highest in the recent times. Some of the states imposed weekend lockdown and special curbs to bring things to a control.
