Mental Health most impacted during Coronavirus pandemic:- The entire world is battling against the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. India is the second most impacted country due to the deadly virus. Young adults said that their mental health is badly impacted after the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic. As per the survey conducted by the BML Munjal University, every one out of the two students are in stress, anxiety and loneliness. This directly or indirectly impacted their mental health told the study. Almost 26 percent of the students are not able to do well academically. Around 15 percent of them said that they did not have a dedicated place to study at their home. Almost 10.47 percent of them suffered because of the poor internet connectivity. 55 percent of the college students said that they are in stress in one or the other ways. 38 percent of the students that they are worried about their future because of the uncertainty due to the pandemic. 37 percent of the students said that they have missed their friends and the studies in college. 78 percent of the students have big hopes for college classes in the coming days. The students displayed positive energy and are waiting for the normalcy to return back soon. 33.4 percent of the students said that they are addicted to OTT platforms during the pandemic time. Every one out of the two said that the future of learning would be hybrid.

Indonesian Fisherman spots Mutant Baby Shark with a Human Face:- A fisherman in Indonesia managed to spot an odd-looking mutant shark baby with a human face in bizarre turn. The deformed creature was spotted by the fisherman as per the Daily Mail. The 48-year-old fisherman named Adhullah Nuren said that he spotted the mutant baby shark in the waters that are near Rote Ndao in East Nusa Tenggara province. The picture is now going viral across the internet and it will leave you stunned. The fisherman spotted an adult shark initially and he cut opened the stomach to find three baby sharks inside. One of them was creepy with a human face with two large eyes just below the snout. Nuren took the baby shark home and his family helped Abdullah to preserve the shark. His neighbors wanted to buy the shark but he said that he is not ready to sell it. Abdhullah caught the shark in his trawler net and he spotted three pups in its stomach. Abdhullah said that his home was crowded with people to take a glimpse of the shark. He said that he received offers from several people but he decided to preserve it instead of selling it off. Dr David Shiffman, a marine conservation biologist and postdoctoral researcher at Arizona State University said that the baby shark have distorted due to a defect in its birth.

The cases are coming down and the vaccination is now rolling out. The travel industry is completely shattered as most of the hotels had to be shut. The tourism industry is badly impacted and with the situations turning normal, several people and families are heading for vacations. For those traveling abroad, there are lot of restrictions currently right from the flights to the after arrival rules. Some of the countries are making two-weeks quarantine mandatory along with conducting a coronavirus test on arrival. If you are planning for a holiday, it would be better to prefer a domestic holiday for now as several nations are impacted due to the second wave of coronavirus. NITI Aayog proposes the Price for Coronavirus Vaccine in India:- The coronavirus had a massive impact on the country which is slowly recovering. The wave of cases came down but there is a considerable rise in the numbers from the past ten days. The NITI Aayog proposed a price of Rs 300-500 for the two shots of coronavirus vaccine that will be available through the private facilities in the country during the third phase of vaccination that will commence from March 1st. There are talks that the Bharat Biotech's Covaxin would cost a bit higher. The Union Health Ministry is expected to take a final call on the proposed prices very soon. A long meeting for five hours took place between NITI Aayog member Dr VK Paul and other officials of Serum Institute of India and Bharat Biotech. The meeting took place last evening and it got concluded at 11 PM. The private facilities would be implementing service charges from the beneficiaries after the final price is locked told the officials. There are reports that the private hospitals will be charging a service charge of Rs 100 per dose of the vaccination. The service charge would be additional and will not be included in the vaccination price. The government of India is procuring SII's Covishield for Rs 210 per dose and for Covaxin, the price would be Rs 290 per dose. The third phase of vaccination will start from March 1st and will cover 27 crore people. All those above the age of 60 and those with health complications above the age of 45 will be covered in this phase. Ten thousand government along with twenty thousand private vaccination centres are finalized for the third phase of mass vaccination. All those who are taking the vaccination at the government centres would take it free while the private vaccination centres would be charging a fee that will be finalized by the Centre.

16,488 New Coronavirus Cases Reported:- The wave of new cases of coronavirus is slowly witnessing a rise. A total number of 16,488 new cases for coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours and the total tally of cases reached 1,10,79,979. The total number of recoveries in the country reached 1,07,63,451 as per the reports coming from the Union Health Ministry. The total number of active cases has seen a rise and reached 1.5 lakhs. 113 people passed away in India in the last 24 hours and the death tally reached 1,56,938. As per the reports from the Union Health Ministry, the total number of people who received the vaccination doses in the country reached 1,37,56,940. The restrictions on the international passenger flights are extended till March 31st. Over 89 percent of the new coronavirus cases reported are from the seven states: Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh. The recovery rate in the country reached 97.17 percent and the fatality rate is at 1.42 percent. The global tally of coronavirus cases is at 11.2 crores and 24.83 lakh people passed away in the world. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total number of coronavirus tests conducted in the country yesterday are said to be 7,73,918 and the samples tested in India till date are said to be 21,54,35,383.

Election Commission announces Polling Dates for Five Indian States:- The Election Commission of India announced that polling dates and schedules for five states: Assam, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Puducherry. Elections would be held for 294 Assembly constituencies of West Bengal, 234 seats in Tamil Nadu, 126 seats in Assam, 140 seats of Kerala and 30 seats of Puducherry. The elections in West Bengal will be held in eight phases and in Assam, the polls will be completed in three phases. All the poll officials will be vaccinated before the elections and all the coronavirus guidelines would be followed. Model of conduct comes into effect immediately.
