15 lakh jobs to youth: CM

Chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has reiterated that the prime duty of the government was to provide at least  employment to 15 lakh youths within five years. He has said that only 54 per cent of youth constitute the entire population and they were going out of the track because of no guidance. In order to put them in track, the government conducted a survey and found out that there were 30 lakh jobs waiting for the occupancy. And out of 30 lakh, initially 15 lakh jobs would be handed over to the youth, said the chief minister.

Kiran Kumar has also made it clear that he has already taken a decision to put the youth in track and he would therefore not change his decision at any cost. He even mentioned that in case youngsters from rural background are given jobs, they would not only stand on their own feet but even support their families financially.  To make a point, chief minister has said that the primary target of the government was to provide one lakh jobs and already one lakh seventeen thousand jobs were given.
