NTR rules out his role behind Nani's move against TDP

With speculations touching peak on NTR's hand behind TDP MLA Kodali Nani playing dice against party's interests, NTR Jr cleared the rumours that were rife. He said he had no role to play in politics at the age of 28.  He mentioned that there were no issues with him and mamayya (Chandrababu Naidu) and baabai (Balakrishna). Therefore, he would be with Telugu Desam Party until he retires from life.  He has stressed that cinema was more important to him than politics and that was the only reason why he distanced himself from party's activities for quite sometime.

NTR said he would not go against TDP at any cost and denied his role behind Nani going against the party. He said he would not maintain good terms with Kodali Nani if he quits Telugu Desam Party. He said he had no clue about Nani leaving the party.   It may be recalled that Kodali Nani met YSRC honorary president Vijayamma this morning and this apparently made party suspend him with immediate effect.

Even though NTR ruled out his active entry into politics, his statements like 'I'm a Telugu Desam man,' presumably hint that NTR will campaign against Kodali Nani in 2014.
