When you cannot create the new things, transform the existing ones into new. Here is one such item called Hasselback Potatoes. The people, who once tastes it, cannot even open the main dish.

Ingredients required to cook Hasselback Potatoes
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup of butter
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

How to cook Hasselback Potatoes?
Heat the oven to 375 degrees with the olive oil well.
Slice the potatoes as per your choice. (More thinner it is, more willing to eat, it would be.)
Now arrange the potato slices in the dish, vertically.
On all the potato slices, sprinkle the garlic and Italian seasoning well. Use the salt and pepper, as per your convenience and even add the butter slightly.
Now, cover the dish with foil and bake for about an hour or until the potatoes get tender.
Then, remove the foil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and let it bake for 15 more minutes or until it gets crispier.
