Every one knows the childhood adage, early to bed, early to rise.... but practicing it, at least for the few lazy procrastinating junkies like me, is a next to impossible task. But here is a tip to make the most of your day by waking up early.
Try to set up your bed near the windows and keep the windows open before you go sleep. This way when it is daybreak, the light falls on your eyes and wakes you up. Sleeping when you know the light is falling on your eyes is not all that easy.
However, if you cover up your face in a blanket and go sleep. Instead try some physical exercise. If you sleep like a log and are not perturbed by light on your face. Then, God help you!
