Relax your eyes and your mind

Today's tip of the day would be most useful for every working individual. It is, without a doubt, tough to go on working all day long without feeling stressed. However, that doesn't mean that you can choose to vent your anger on your subordinates or colleagues. Instead try to maintain calm. Speak with a friendly tone. Take a break every hour for a few minutes. Relax your eyes and your mind for a brief moment. Get up and walk to the bathroom and back if you feel the need for physical activity. If something is bothering you specifically, just speak about it instead of whining about the same. Finally make a list of things that have caused you stress and read it to yourself. It would be shocking to see that you have been stressing over nothing in most cases. Most importantly address people with a smile calling them with their name.

Workplaces are what you can make out of them.
