A fruity diet for your hair...

It has long been proven by researchers that fruits rich in Vitamins A, C and E are beneficial for hair enhancement and should be consumed in greater quantity for optimum results. The advantages of applying almond oil on hair have come down to us through ages, but it might interest you to know that eating almonds on a regular basis helps to strengthen the roots of the hair.

However, it is also important to pamper the hair, once in a while, with an oil massage to ensure that the scalp is moist and soft. People suffering of dandruff problems can apply lemon juice on their scalp for quick results. But at the same time, it's important that you have a balanced diet which offers your hair all the necessary nutrients required to keep it healthy. After all who doesn't want enviable tresses?
