Dullness in your skin? Get rid out of it!

Just imagine… you just report in at work place or get indulged in a house hold work, at the start of the week and someone just drops in and says… ‘Youseem to look tired… anything wrong?’ the reason could be anything for we looking tired, but it actually gets into our nerves when others point out the same… if you avoid all these, here are some tips to get rid of the tiredness;

To ensure that the dead skin cells do not make the skin appear dull, it is important to exfoliate regularly. Exfoliating facial scrubs can be used for this. There are exfoliating pads that are easily available in the market. This process will allow the fresh skin to become visible, resulting in skin that appears healthier. Dehydration causes the skin to lose its glow. To keep the body hydrated and the skin looking fresh, it is important to consume plenty of water regularly. Alcohol consumption must be avoided as it contributes to loss of fluids. Climatic changes can affect the appearance of the skin.

Dry harsh weather can strip the skin of its moisture, and as such it is essential to apply a good moisturizer. Also, do not use hot water to wash the skin and use a mild soap that does not have any chemical content.

It is a good idea to employ home remedies to make the skin regain its glow. An excellent face pack is made by using apricots. You can mash the apricots and apply to the skin. This will serve to exfoliate the skin as well as keep it nourished. A paste of spearmint leaves and water can also be used on the face twice a day. This will bring positive results in about a week. Gram flour is an effective remedy for treating dull skin. It lightens the complexion in addition to making it soft and supple. Another beneficial remedy is to soak a few almonds overnight and after peeling them, use them to make a paste by adding some milk. This can be applied to the face and left on overnight. A diet rich in fresh green vegetables and fruits will also help to keep the skin glowing and healthy.
