Most of them are financially shattered and normalcy is returning slowly. If you are breastfeeding your little one, here are some of the foods that you might have to avoid:
One has to be nutritious and healthy with their plan of the meal. The going-to-be mothers can eat anything for the first nine months. It has to be changed after the birth of a baby as the babies depend on the mother's milk. The mothers will have to take foods that are rich in vitamins, nutrients and minerals like Vitamin A, Vitamin D, calcium, potassium and iron. They should stay away from food items with caffeine content and alcohol. A baby can be exposed to alcohol through breast milk if the mother is consuming alcohol. They will harm the development, sleep patterns and the growth of the infants.
Chocolate can be consumed in limited quantities. Special care should be taken to have food in small amounts as they would get transformed into the breast milk. All the foods that are on high calories should be avoided. Packed fruit juices with excess sugar, salads with high sodium should be completely avoided. Foods with preservatives too should be completely avoided.
