Hyper Analysis

Hyper Movie Review and Ratings

Hyper movie has a clichéd story, and the only novel point is heroes’ over obsession with his father. Movie opens with some comedy scenes to establish Surya’s characterization and these scenes failed to make an impact. Rashi Khanna as Bhanumathi is par for the course, and is liberal with the dressing. First half story doesn’t move at fast pace and shows signs of lag. Surya – Bhanumathi love thread is not established properly and the director lost an opportunity to make this thread engaging. Posani Krisha Murali, Sayaji Shinde and K.Viswanadh acted in special characters.

Second half has lengthy dialogues and tests your patience at times. May be to justify ‘Hyper’, the lead actor tried to be outrageously loud some times. This movie is shot entirely in Vizag and production values are good for a mid-level movie. However, the casting is not up to the mark. Hero’s sister, Hero mother (Tulasi) are bad choices. Without a commanding director, it is tough to stop Rao Ramesh from doing over action. He goes overboard many times in this movie.

Performance

Energetic Star Ram takes the step with his outstanding performance. He leads the show with his stupendous dance moves and he has been extremely stupendous in action episodes. Rashi Khanna has been a glamorous treat throughout and she has been sizzling hot in the songs. Though she has ben completely restricted to songs, she delivered out her best. Satyaraj has been extremely dominating with his performance and he carried the emotional episodes well. Rao Ramesh has been powerful as the lead antagonist in the film and all the other actors delivered out their best for Hyper.

The story of the film has nothing new to reveal and it is completely predictable, outdated. The screenplay and the dialogues have been written well at parts but they do not make a complete impact at the much needed time. Couple of songs have been shot well and the cinematography has been eye catchy. The production values have been grand and Santosh Srinivas comes out with a predictable mass entertainer which has some decent moments.

Hyper Final Word

Hyper is a routine commercial entertainer which looks completely predictable throughout. Ram’s performance and entertainment are the saviors of Hyper.
