Title change for Vijay Deverakonda's next?:- Sensational director Puri Jagannadh and Tollywood actor Vijay Deverakonda are done with the shoot of Liger. The film is announced for August 2022 release. Before the release of Liger, the duo decided to work together and Puri revived his shelved project Janaganamana. He penned the script for Superstar Mahesh Babu but the project did not materialize. The shoot is expected to start next month in Mumbai and the film too is a pan-Indian attempt. Puri and Vijay Deverakonda are in plans to change the title as two South Indian films are being made with the same name.

Vijay also wants a powerful pan-Indian title for the project after Puri decided to update the title. An official announcement about the project is expected soon. Puri is done with the scriptwork and he is currently finalizing the cast, crew. The film will hit the screens next year. Vijay Deverakonda also signed a romantic entertainer in the direction of Shiva Nirvana and the shoot commences this year. Mythri Movie Makers are the producers and Samantha is confirmed to play the female lead in this romantic drama.
