She took a long breaks between her films and is also suffering from weight loss issues. But Anushka is a star and there are several filmmakers who are waiting to work with this top actress. Anushka is also the care of address for women-centric films. The actress signed a women-centric film for UV Creations and the entire pre-production work of the film got completed. The shoot of the film will start next month and an official announcement about the project will be made this month.

Young actor Naveen Polishetty will be seen playing a crucial role in this interesting project. The film will be directed by Mahesh who directed Sundeep Kishan's Ra Ra Krishnayya in the past. UV Creations who is busy with Prabhas' Radhe Shyam wanted to start Anushka's project once the shoot of Radhe Shyam gets completed. Anushka has been staying away from media glare and will meet the press once the announcement about her next film is made. Anushka is also holding talks for couple of web series and she will make her debut into digital space soon.
