If the ongoing buzz in film nagar is to be believed, megastar Chiranjeevi has been approached to essay the role of stylish star Allu Arjun's father. If this combination materializes, sky will be the limit for the box office potential of the project.

As per reports, Bunny and Chiru have been approached to play the roles of Puneeth Rajkumar and Ambareesh respectively in the Telugu remake of Kannada movie "Doddmane Hudga", which is set for release on 30th of this month.

Despite the film is yet to hit screens, the buzz in the film nagar is that makers of the Kannada film are keen on remaking it in Telugu with the senior and junior mega heroes. They feel Allu Arjun and Chiranjeevi will be a perfect match for the son and father characters played by Puneeth Rajkumar and Ambareesh in the Kannada film.

Generally, the news about the remake emerges after the film releases and becomes hit but "Doddmane Hudga" seems to be an exception. There are only two possibilities here, either the makers are highly confident of scoring a hit and convincing the mega heroes for the remake or they are just trying to create hype for the film by linking the names of Bunny and Chiru.
