More than the actual names, it is the screen names that are turning sentimental to the stars these days. In fact, those are the names, where the audience is relating to them well, than the original ones, as the stars are called with the screen names in the movie, for number of times.

If such movie gets success, then due to the sentiment and to make the audience recall the past super hit movie, the makers are opting the same name, when the actors have any kind of similarity, to the roles earlier played with the screen names.

All the khans are following the same trend in Bollywood. Adding a step further, Salman Khan did not stop with just being called by the sentimental name, but even added the same name as the title of his upcoming movie.

Needless to say, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is that movie. The recently released trailer got a thundering response from the Bollywood audience. The trailer reminded about the 90’s movies and the intention of the director might also be the same.

The trailer starts, showing a family photo and then takes on a big mahal, having a festival atmosphere. Then comes our Prem in blue attire along with the words “Prem is back”.

It seems, the director wants to bring back the 90s genre of films and so shot many scenes, capturing those emotions, locations and all. A few of the emotions, typical family drama in hi-fi families, their relations, celebrations in a grand manner, all these forms the part of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo trailer.

Salman as Prem, might not fit into the role?

On the other side, a few opine that, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo may not keep up Salman’s stardom, as he is almost the uncrowned king of Bollywood and at this moment, action entertainers like Ek tha tiger, Dabangg might increase his reputation, but not family entertainers like Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.

Moreover, he was famous as Prem in 90s, and the popularity of Salman in those days and now cannot be compared in any way. So it is to be seen, whether, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo remains as an experiment or proves that audience are ready to accept Salman, whatever be his role or script of the movie.

The movie is going to be released on the occasion of Diwali and Sonam Kapoor will be seen in the female lead.
