According to the ongoing buzz, Pawan Kalyan is constructing a new house in Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh. He will relocate to a new residence, which is near his party office and is still under construction.

Only for shootings, Pawan Kalyan will be available in Hyderabad. Even the directors and producers should come down to Mangalagiri if they want to meet Pawan Kalyan for any sort of discussion. He is yet to finish OG in Sujeeth's direction, Hari Hara Veera Mallu in Krish's direction and Ustaad Bhagat Singh in Harish Shankar’s direction. Makers of the films are surprised by Pawan Kalyan's decision.
