Thalaivaa’s Next Film Officially Titled “Kaala Karikaalan”:- Tamil Superstar Rajnikanth’s next film has been officially titled as “Kaala Karikaalan”.
It was recently abuzz that Rajnikanth would soon be starting work on his project with director Pa Ranjith. The movie that is supposed to be based in Mumbai, will officially kick off on May 28. Now, the film makers have officially narrowed down a title.

The superstar’s son-in-law, Dhanush who is bankrolling this venture, released the first poster for the film on his Twitter page. Dhanush wrote the film is titled “Kaala Karikaalan”.
The title was released in English, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. This implies that the makers are looking for a nation wide release of the film.
He tweeted the posters saying, “Wunderbar films presents... superstar Rajinikanth in and as #thalaivar164.”

The director, Pa. Ranjith, had previously helmed Rajinikanth’s “Kabali”. It is rumored that bollywood actress, Huma Qureshi could be the leading lady for the film. However, there is no official confirmation yet. The film, to be predominantly shot in a Dharavi set, will have will have Santhosh Narayanan as the music composer.
Earlier, the film had courted controversy with the adopted son of Mumbai don late Haji Mastan alleging the plot was based on his father’s life. However, the makers have denied it.
