Kamal Haasan's much-awaited film Vishwaroopam 2, the sequel to the blockbuster Tamil film, is finally being revived and getting ready for release in all languages.
The film had gone on hold due to the producer’s Aascar Ravichandran financial crisis. Fans of Kamal Haasan were left with very little amount of information regarding the project. The film was almost shelved and delayed multiple time in the last more than two years.
As per the latest reports, the dubbing activity, including Telugu and other versions, is currently underway and the final copy is expected by October this year. Viswaroopam-II, touted to be a spy thriller is speculated to have strong mother sentiment and top-notch action episodes. The first part of the movie, strode into cinemas almost four years ago, and most of the cast reunited for the second part as well. Meanwhile, Kamal Haasan, who was shooting for his upcoming comedy thriller Sabash Naidu, could not pursue the project any further after he suffered a fracture from a fall in his office in Chennai. It can be recalled about the fantastic success of the first part of the movie, Viswaroopam after a series of controversies including an outrage from a religious group.
