You will not believe what the Bollywood Superstar, Akshay Kumar, is charging for Robo 2.0. Well, the Superstar is charging a whopping an amount of Rs 2 crore per day, as part of his remuneration, according to speculations.

Besides Rajamouli’s Bahubali 2, it is Rajnikanth’s Robo 2.0, which the fans are looking forward to, and it is needless to say about the budgets, scale and volume of these two films.

The film, 2.0 is a sequel to Enthiran (Robo in Telugu and Robot in Hindi)

The movie, Robo 2.0, under the direction of Shankar, is being made on a huge massive budget Rs 400 crores. Akshay Kumar, who recently won the prestigious National Award, for Rustom, is charging the huge amount for his antagonist character in this trilingual film, which will be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, languages.

Although Akshay Kumar was highly excited to work opposite Rajinikanth, a high amount of aesthetics and make-up had to put up everyday, for the actor, who will be essaying 12 roles in the movie. Interestingly, this is apparently first film wherein, Akshay Kumar had to put on so much of make-up in his 25-years of acting career.

The Sci-fiction film is being produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under Lyca Productions, with Amy Jackson, in the female lead role. Magical Maestro, A.R. Rahman, is the music composer of the film.The film makers have planned to release the film on Diwali 2017.
