Joining the queue of the horror comedies, which has become the latest trend, here comes Nayaki, with Trisha in the main lead.

The audio function of Nayaki was held last night and as a part of the tradition, the makers even released the trailer of the film.

The trailer starts, showing a little girl and then the camera pans onto Trisha, who is in the traditional saree attire.

It seems, comedian Satyam Rajesh has got to do something big with Nayaki. He is almost seen throughout the trailer, hinting that he had full length character in the film.

The trailer was cut with few thriller elements, clubbing with the healthy comedy. However, no heavy dialogues were revealed.

Speaking on the occasion of audio launch, Trisha said that, Nayaki script revolves around 1980s and horror comedy is something she always wanted to do, but waited for a good script like Nayaki.

Trisha’s last film in Telugu was Lion, opposite Balakrishna. Unable to tackle the competition from the fellow stars, she found tough time for long and it seems, finally Trisha is now coming with a right film into Telugu again.

As the horror comedy genre is anyway trendy, just like Raju Gari Gadhi, hope even Nayaki would witness huge success and thus make Trisha re-concrete her position in Tollywood again.
