Mega Power Star Ram Charan Tej, had confirmed the most awaiting 150th movie of Mega Star Chiranjeevi, stating that it is the remake of Tamil movie Kaththi.

Chiranjeevi was in a dilemma about his 150th movie since long, and many times, there are several speculations about it.

Though from the beginning, several speculated that Vinayak would be the only option, at a point of time, Puri Jagannath was almost confirmed as the director. But as Chiru was dissatisfied with the second half narration, Puri was out of the project.

Finally, unwilling to take the risks with the new project, being the most anticipated re-entry film and that too milestone movie, Chiru gave his nod to Vijay’s super hit film, Kaththi remake.

It was already in the news that, Vinayak would be directing Chiranjeevi 150th movie, remaking Kaththi, but as there is no official statement, the fans could not decide on the project.

Finally, it is now, Ram Charan, being the producer of the movie, has confirmed the news stating that is Kaththi and Vinayak would be directing it.

VV Vinayak had earlier directed Tagore with Chiranjeevi, which is again a Tamil movie remake and secured a huge blockbuster. Just like Tagore, even Kaththi is the movie involving the social message, so Chiru preferred Vinayak again.

Chiru even intends to reconstruct his popularity through the social message films like these, as it would even be helpful to his political career.
