62nd Filmfare awards 2015

The 62nd Filmfare Awards function was held at the Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai. Filmfare is an annual event, where the entire south Indian film actors, be it Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, can be spotted under one roof.

The awards are presented by the Times group. The event was held amidst of colourful lights, and grace of the biggies in the film industry.

As expected, many of the talented Telugu actors, actresses and the technicians won the Filmfare. Here is the list of all those.

Best film: Manam

Best Director: Vikram Kumar for Manam

Best Actor: Allu Arjun for Race Gurram

Best Actress: Shruthi Haasan for Race Gurram

Best Supporting Actor:  Jagapathi Babu for Legend
 
Best Supporting Actress: Manchu lakshmi for Chandamama Kathalu

Best Music Director: Anoop Rubens for Manam

Best Singer (male): Simha for ‘Cinema choopista mama’ in Race Gurram

Female Singer: Sunitha for ‘Em sandeham ledu’ in ‘Oohalu gusa gusa laade’

Best Lyricist: Chandrabose for Kanipenchina from Manam

Best Cinematographer: P.S. Vinod for Manam

Best Male Debut: Bellamkonda Srinivas for Alludu Seenu

Lifetime achievement award: Radhika Sarath Kumar
