Neatly shaved, formal attire, a nice family look. He is an every unmarried lady's dream husband, every married lady's favorite hero. At a particular time, when there was a list of family entertainers, most of those films are owned by this actor and was hugely applauded by all the family audience. Needless to say he is the one and only Jagapathi Babu.

When he felt that the producers are nowhere concerned of the family entertainers, even if they consider, they are only doing with stars on whom if invested can draw crores back, he immediately stepped back as a hero and now ready for any type of character.

Through Legend, he was hugely applauded as villain and from there, he started roaring continuously as successful villain. Now, even he was roped in a special character for Mahesh's film. But this time, the character seems to be bit classy which was an identity of Jagapathi Babu as a hero. But the thing is, beard is still there. Seems to be he accepted some father role or an aged role. If that's true, can be digestible to the hero fans is a question.
