Former actress and director Jeevitha Rajasekhar who was appointed as one of the panel member in the censor board, is rumoured to have interfered in the censor proceedings of her husband Rajasekhar's latest flick 'Gaddam Gang' which is hitting the screens on Friday. Going into the story, Jeevitha with her influence managed to grant 'Gaddam Gang' an 'U/A' certificate and this has become the talk of the tinsel town.
Apparently the film had many smoking scenes of the lead actors and also vulgar scenes, double meaning dialogues which are not censored properly. Jeevitha tried her best to make sure, 'Gaddam Gang' gets an 'U' certificate but one of the official reportedly objected this move. Alerted by this, Jeevitha compromised and satisfied with the 'U/A' certificate.
'Gaddam Gang' is the remake of Tamil blockbuster 'Soodhu Kavvum.'
