Dialog King Sai Kumar has been roped for a special role in Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan multi-starrer 'Gopala Gopala' movie. Initially Bollywood's Mithun Chakraborthy was supposed to do the role of Swamyji but he backed out of the project citing dates issue and prior commitments. The makers of the film after long discussions zeroed upon Sai Kumar and confirmed his role in the film.

Gopala Gopala film's shooting is progressing in Hyderabad in which Pawan, Venky are participating and key scenes are being shot. The movie is remake of Bollywood's 'Oh My God!', Pawan will be reprising the role of Lord Krishna.

Kishore Kumar is helming the project while Suresh Babu and Sharat Marar are mutually producing it. Gopala Gopala is expected hit screens for Sankranthi 2015.
