Actress Shruti Haasan who was upset with the photographs of her from Yevadu movie that went viral in the net lodged an online complaint to the Hyderabad Crime Investigation Department [CID].

In her complain, Shruti claimed that during the shooting of 'Yevadu' movie, the makers of the film have promised not to release the photographs to the media. However she noticed that the same photos were uploaded in several Tollywood related portals. Shruti urged the CID to take necessary action against the people for misusing her photographs without her permission.

The CID cops are now questioning the administrators of the portals who have uploaded the photographs and also the photographers who have supplied the pictures to the websites. But the police are not sure whether the uploading of photographs taken in a public place could be termed as illegal and also seeking legal opinion on how to proceed in the investigation.

When contacted Yevadu movie makers in this issue they declined to comment.
