Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman dies at 46

Oscar winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead on Sunday at a New York apartment. A friend of Hoffman discovered Hoffman in his bathroom with a needle stuck in his left forearm at 11:30 AM and called 911 immediately.
