Veteran actor Dr. Rajendra Prasad will once again come forward to make us laugh with Top Ranker. He will be seen as a modern day Hitler, complete with funny mustache and fearful expression.

This look has the primary purpose of frightening college students, as the actor plays a college principal. Rajendra Prasad gave in puts about the film saying that with this role, which is a college principal, he tries to imitate the seriousness of the real Hitler but ends up making everyone laugh.

It is a film that touches upon the topic of today's education system. Here's hoping that the film will have a good moral lesson to the education factories. Gollapati Narayana Rao is directing Top Ranker, while the film's producer is Pasupuleti Brahmam. Top Ranker will entertain Telugu audiences this August.
