Dr Kamal Haasan's magnum opus 'Viswaroopam' won audience applause across the globe. In spite of many controversies shrouding the film in the initial stages, 'All iz well,' at the moment, claim sources close to the crew. According to sources, the film has already collected Rs 120 crores till last Sunday in the Indian markets alone.

The 97 crores budget film had the filmmaker cum actor cum producer on the roads with every penny under mortgage to make his dream come true. Even the ancestral house that Kamal lived was under threat. However lady luck smiled on this brilliant star who is right now out of all problems and is a brimming man.

One thing seems to be right, 'the more in media glare for the good or bad pays on the long run.' This has become true in this case. For good or bad 'Viswaroopam' gained all publicity without a rupee spent but with unlimited trauma faced by the producer which has been well rewarded by the film goers across the globe.
