Tollywood actor Rana who tried his luck at Bollywood with his first film Dum Maaro Dum will appear on silver screen yet another time in Ram Gopal Varma’s Deparment that’s slated for release on May 18. This is surely going to be a big flick in Rana’s career as he will appear along with Amitabh Bachchan and Sanjay Dutt on screen.

Rana has said that he grew up watching action flicks such as Rambo and Rocky and mentioned that he would enjoy working in action movies. He, however, said he would not say no to romantic movies in case the script is good.

The six-pack actor says that he hasn’t worked on abs for Department and said that he had six-pack a year back. The actor has also said that he worked on the six pack abs for a Telugu film and said he didn’t show six pack in Department.

Rana Daggubati is the grand-son of Tollywood’s star producer Rama Naidu. He has worked in a couple of Telugu films and is known for his good dialogue delivery.

Whether the upcoming Department will become a hit or gets bombed, this picture will increase the career graph of Rana Daggubati. (Phani)
