No doubt Jr. N.T.R is an amazing Actor, and the identity of Third Generation Actors from Nandamuri Family. But, another Hero who has equal amount of Acting Skills and Looks, and some good films in his kitty, irrespective of the success – flop ratio, is Hero Kalyan Ram. Elder Son of Hari Krishna, Kalyan Ram, made his debut as a Hero with the film, ‘Toli Choopulone’, sometime back. Even though his performance was appreciated, the film did not manage to bag a success. His second film, ‘Abhimanyu’, showcased the Acting talent of Kalyan Ram, and managed to be a average success. Then the Actor, decided to act in the movies, and also produce the same. He started a production house on his grand father’s name as ‘N.T.R Arts’. The first film, Kalyan Ram produced and acted under this banner, was ‘Atanokkade’. This film, turned out to be a block buster success, and has projected Director Surender Reddy as one of the Top Directors of Telugu Cinema, for whom there was no looking back, after this film. With this success, Kalyan Ram had an opportunity to act in a continuous series of films, such as, ‘Asaadhyudu’, ‘Vijayadasami’, ‘Lakshmi Kalyanam’, ‘Hare Raam’ (where the Actor played a dual role in this) and so on. All these films managed to earn the invested amount on the film to the film maker. Later, Kalyan Ram starrer another two films, ‘JayeeBhava’ and ‘Katti’, were critically acclaimed. All the films featuring Kalyan Ram, were not block buster success, apart from ‘Atanokkade’, neither these films were a loss to a film maker.
