A day when a National Award Lyricist was bornHe is not from a film Back round; still he has made it Big in Telugu cinema. He is one of the most wanted Lyricists in the Industry. He writes songs for every jorner of film. Be it osyei Ramulamma, Ninne pelladatha, recent hit Robo or tagore, he has his own identity of writing songs best suited to the situation.

He is no other that Suddala Ashok Teja.

Andhra wishesh Team wishes him a Very Happy Birthday.

Born in Metpalli, worked as a Teacher, Suddala always wanted to get into films. It was his Nephew, Actor Uttej who introduced him to the people in the Industry. His first song was in the film Namaste Anna that was picturized on Kota Srinivas and Tanikella Bharani. In a same year, he has written songs for Ninne Pelladatha and osyei ramulamma. Mega Star Chiranjeevi has recognized his talent and given an opportunity to write a song in his film ‘Tagore’. His song ‘Nenu Saitam’, from the film ‘Tagore’ won him a National award. From then till date, there was no looking back for Suddala Ashok Teja. Personally, the writer’s favorite lyricist is Sirivennela Seeta Rama shastry, whom Suddala believes as his guru. We are waiting for more and more songs from Suddala.
