French doctors who are treating seven time Formula One racer Micheal Schumacher are trying to bring him out of coma stage. The doctors have started lowering Schumacher's sedation level to wake him up from an artificial coma. “The drugs used to keep Schumacher unconscious have begun to be reduced, though it may be some time yet before he comes to,” said his spokeswoman, Sabine Kehm in a statement released yesterday.

Schumacher has been in intensive care in Grenoble University Hospital since the December 29 accident in the Alpine resort of Meribel. The German driver fell and hit his head against a rock while skiing with his son and a group of friends.
