IPL 2020: Punjab Registers A Top-class Victory Against Bengaluru:- The 31st match of IPL 2020 took place last evening in the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Royal Challengers Banglore won the toss and they decided to bat first. They registered 171 for the loss of 6 wickets in their innings. Virat Kohli (48), Chris Morris (25 not out) are the top scorers for the side. Murugan Ashwin (2/23) and Mohammed Shami (2/45) took the wickets for Kings X1 Punjab. Chasing 172, Kings X1 Punjab registered a thrilling victory by chasing the target in the last ball. Kings X1 Punjab captain KL Rahul has been the hero of the day with his 61 not out in 49 balls. Chris Gayle (53) was the other top scorer for the side.
Mayank Agarwal (45) contributed well and helped for the victory. Kings X1 Punjab scored 177/2 in their 20 overs. For Royal Challengers Banglore, Yuzvendra Chahal (1/35) had the best numbers in bowling. KL Rahul has been named as the Player of the Match for Kings X1 Punjab. Kings X1 Punjab is on the rock bottom of the table and they won a match after four back to back losses. Delhi Capitals are on the top of the IPL 2020 table and they are followed by Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Banglore and Kolkata Knight Riders.
