Cricket Australia Staring At 80 Million AUD Loss For Cancellation Of T20 World Cup:- The whole world is left shattered because of the coronavirus pandemic. The human life came to a halt and several events are canceled or postponed. Cricket Australia said that there is a huge risk to conduct the T20 Cricket World Cup which has been scheduled to take place this year. Cricket Austraila is staring at huge revenue loss because of this. CA chief executive Kevin Roberts said that the T20 World Cup is uncertain which was planned to commence in October and November this year. Though the virus would come to a control by then, there would be travel restrictions for the international players. There is a high risk about the T20 World Cup happening said Kevin Roberts.

There are also talks that the tournament is pushed to 2022 and it will take place in Australia. Kevin Roberts said that the revenue loss because of this is around 80 million Australian dollars. He said that the tournament will have to be held in closed stadiums if T20 World Cup happens as per the plan. Kevin Roberts said that he is confident of Australia hosting a four-test tour against India that will commence from December 3rd in Brisbane. The series was planned in four venues but it will may happen in Brisbane alone.
