New Zealand Wins Second ODI And Takes The Lead On India:- After registering a comfortable victory against India in the first ODI, the Black Caps managed to win the second ODI that took place today and they took the lead in the series. India won the toss and elected to bowl in the match. New Zealand struggled hard but they managed to get a decent total of 273/8 in their 50 overs. Martin Guptill (79), Ross Taylor (73 not out), Henry Nicholls (41) are the top scorers for the side. Yuzvendra Chahal (3/58), Shardul Thakur (2/60) and Ravindra Jadeja (1/35) are decent with the ball.
Chasing a decent total of 274, India failed to stand strong. New Zealand won by 22 runs and India was all out for 251 in 48.3 overs. Ravindra Jadeja (55), Shreyas Iyer (52) and Navdeep Saini (45) are the top scorers for the side. Tim Southee (2/41), Kyle Jamieson (2/42) and Colin de Grandhomme (2/54) have been decent. Kyle Jamieson has been named as the Player of the Match. The third and final ODI will take place will take place on Tuesday.
