Men are More Beneficial Because of Vegetables than Women:- A study said that consumption of vegetables and fruits are beneficial for men rather than women as they will prevent heart diseases along with type 2 diabetes and some kinds of cancer. The news has been revealed as per the study published in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine. There are talks that these benefits are greater for men rather than women. Feeding on plant-based diets will increase the life span said reports.
The diet that is rich in vegetables and fruits will have a positive effect on blood sugar and promotes weight loss revealed a survey in the journal PLOS Medicine. Men are suggested to eat green food along with pumpkin seeds, lentils, almonds, sesame seeds and cashews. Several companies are making meat alternatives which taste similar to meat. The alternative meat burgers like a Beyond Meat burger or the Impossible Burger are made from plants. Plant-based meat is absolutely safe but is not healthy food.
