Simple ways to be healthy...

Being healthy is not so difficult... just as you should know the technique to solve a problem, no matter to what genre it is related, similarly, you should know some tips to be healthy... here are some to help you out;

A cup of a coffee or a tea in a day will definitely keep you healthy. Of course, anything too much is bad for you, so as in the case of taking too much of tea or coffee in a day... a cup of these drinks would help you to relieve from stress and re invent yourself every day.

Add garlic in your food intake... if you could manage taking some 2 to 3 garlic pieces in the first niwaala of your food, at least in one meal, then there is nothing like it... garlic is a bliss that would control heart related diseases and other chronic illness... it could keep your cholesterol levels in control...

I know your love for yummy and tasty food and of course, junk is included in this... there is no harm in letting your body get every vitamin including some fat... and this definitely includes the fruits intake along with your yummy food...

Remember, whatever you eat should digest well... this is the main mantra to stay healthy... so, at least a half an hour exercise every day will definitely help you burn all those extra calories and stay fit-healthy...

If you can, include corn flakes in your daily breakfast along with the milk... the amount of calcium and iron you get in this food would help you stay strong and problem free... and you always have a option to make this food healthy, by trying a new flavor every day...

Whatever you eat, it could be extra for yourself to digest, sometimes... but, drink as much as water you can even if you eat extra... this way all that unwanted food will flush out from your body, keeping you healthy...
