Work tension, day to day pressures, last moment tensions, busy life style… exercise keliye time kahaan? Well, this is the best way to escape from work out. But, for a healthy and happy life style, you being fit and fine is also mandatory... if you are planning for a weight loss, here are some tips that could help you;

Don't starve to lose weight... you will end up losing your patience in this process... eat right to keep your senses in your control... instead, avoid eating complete meals... no stomach full of food please... eat in minimal quantities, in equal intervals... when your body does not take anything extra, there is no chance of storing extra in your body as well.

Sleep properly... say, at least 7 hours a day... the more complete your sleep is the more affectively your body works and you tend to not gain any additional weight... don't over burden your day... excessive stress could definitely lead to lack of sleep... just keep a check on your lifestyle being simple and easy going...

Necessarily need not be those vigorous work outs... it could be as simple as walking some kilometers or climbing the stairs, managing household work or shaking leg to your favorite songs... whatever you do, remember calories in your body should burn... this way, you will not only lose weight, but your overall body will relax and cope up with new energy...

No matter how hectic your day is... you might or might not feel like eating at all... but, don't forget to eat on time... uneven timings and food habits will prove to be a curse to your overall health and result to excessive weight gain, and your complete body system going upside down.
