Free health clinic in New Jersey

Good news to Telugu people in New Jersey! A permanent free health clinic is soon going to be popped up in New Jersey on June 3.  Thanks to North American Telugu Society (NATS) for taking such a giant leap of setting up a free health clinic.

On the inaugural day, Red Cross is gong to held blood camp drive besides free bone marrow drive and eye-check up. Elucidating the press about this free clinic, NATS joint secretary, Krishna Mannava has said that the decision to set up this clinic was made at NATS board and executive meeting. He has also hailed members of Telugu community for coming forward and extending their help in setting up the clinic.

NATS also invited volunteers for its upcoming clinic. The volunteers would be required to work at least on two Sundays. For more information on this, you may email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The address of the free health clinic is: 400 St, Perth Amboy, NJ, 08861.

The efforts of North American Telugu Society are worth hailing. Hope they come up with many more free camps—both temporary and permanent!          (Phani)
