Moong Dal Salad recipe

Moong Dal Salad is the best food, you can cook for the very rare guests. They would no more be rare, if you have offered the perfect salad, after going through the recipe below.
 
Serves 4

Ingredients

- 200g moong dal
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- Seeds from 2 pomegranates
- 8 small radishes, chopped

Cooking process

1. Soak in water overnight, the well washed moong dal. Next morning, boil it for about 10 minutes and drain the water.

2. Take a bowl and add lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Mix it well, adding  olive oil and salt too.

3. Now, adding the dal, combine all the other ingredients together. Add the moong dal and mix it very well.

4. Later, cover the bowl with clingfilm. It would be better, if the salad is undisturbed for a while, before serving.
