Salman Khan Ek Tha Tiger rumored to have been at a whopping 90 Cr is again rumored to have crossed the Rs 200 Cr mark much earlier than expected. As per media sources the pre-release sales mounted to Rs 51 Cr (satellite @ Rs 45 Cr + Audio @ Rs 9 Cr) and the nine-day extended week figures as well may touch Rs 150 Cr. Making it the largest sold Indian film at the ticket counter till date. And by the second weekend today might scale Rs 175 Cr including the overseas ticket counters in UK, USA, UAE, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, where the response is encouraging too.
Salman Khan Ek Tha Tiger collections as per media sources on the opening day, Independence Day, was Rs 32.92 Cr. On Thursday it earned Rs 14.5 Cr and on Friday the film surged downwards and pocketed just Rs 12.90 Cr. However on Saturday the film was back in action with ticket counter claiming Rs 16.75 Cr and Sunday, as per Pundits the film has raked in Rs 23 Cr. Scaling the peaks at the box office the film has added another 20.68 Cr on Eid.
