Will India finds its place amongst top ten countries in the world with biggest economies in near future? Yes, says a fortune study that tracks the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth of economies between 2000 and 2017.

The study has clearly indicated that India would stand in tenth position by 2012 in terms of biggest economies.  The study found out that India, which is now the 11th largest in terms of GDP and third largest in Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) has become one of the rapid growing economies.

According to this study, the projected GDP in 2013 would be $2 trillion.

All these terms, GDP  and NDP will sound Greek and Latin to an aam aadmi (common man) in India whose only aim would be to have daily bread, no power cuts, low fuel prices and no corruption. But, people in India, unfortunately still feeling suffocated with sky rocketing prices and frequent power cuts.    (Phani)
