Patna Pirates Won Against Bengaluru Bulls 31-25

Patna Pirates brutally crushed Bengaluru Bulls in match 22 of season four of Star Sports Pro Kabaddi League by six points as they beat Bulls 31-25 at Patliputra Sports Complex in Patna on Thursday. Bengaluru Bulls after the loss are now at 4th spot with winning 3 in total of six games and scoring 19 points. Patna Pirates, despite remaining unbeaten in the season are at third spot with scoring 20 points.

Pawan Kumar scored an important raid point at the 29th minute. Bulls fought back with some good performance and brought Pirates on the verge of an all-out. Raider Pradeep Narwal scored two crucial raid points and took his tally to seven points and facilitated Pirates’ lead to 19-14 at the 25th minute of the second half. Abolfazel, reacted with a super raid and managed to collect three points and provide 24-20 lead to his team. Pirates scoring a their third super tackle in the 35th minute and a third super tackle in the 39th minute confirmed their win against bull by six points.

Earlier, Pradeep Narwal scored his first point in the seventh minute and provided 5-3 lead to his team. Bengaluru Bulls, scattered by the attack remaining with only 2 players and were heading to their first all-out. However, Pawan Kumar’s two points and Rohit Kumar’s super tackle helped the Bulls to get the three-point lead. Rohit Kumar and Pawan Kumar, both played well from Bulls in the first half by scoring three and five raid points respectively. Before the break, as Bulls got no luck in two raids, Pirates got the lead 15-12 with the help of Rajesh Mondal and Pradeep Narwal’s five and four raid points respectively.
